Antique judging is scheduled early in the fair week, taking place at the Multi‑Purpose Building on the fairgrounds. This timing allows awarded exhibits to remain on display for fairgoers to enjoy throughout the remainder of the fair.

Open to Community Participation

Antique judging is typically part of the Open Class division, making it accessible to adults and community members who may not otherwise participate in fair competitions. First‑time exhibitors are encouraged, and fair staff and volunteers are available to answer questions and help guide the exhibitor process.

All exhibitors must be signed up by July 1 to exhibit at the current year fair.     see the "get involved tab" exhibitors section for details.

Items to be judged are checked in on Tuesday before the start of the fair from 12-7.

Judging is held on Wednesday before the fair starting at  9am

All ticket sales are final. No refunds. All events are rain or shine. Ticket includes Fair Admission on the day of the event. Please be sure you have selected the correct venue (we are in Hamburg, NY), your desired seats, and the correct number of tickets before purchasing. The ticket holder agrees to comply with all Erie County Fair and Grandstand policies and protocols including health, safety and security at the time of the event.

Please be aware of where you purchase your concert tickets. The Erie County Fair exclusively sells tickets through SaffireTix (accessed via ECFair.org) and is the ONLY authorized source for Grandstand Tickets.
