How to Exhibit at the Langlade County Fair

Exhibiting at the Langlade County Fair is a long‑standing tradition that allows youth and adults to showcase their skills, creativity, and hard work. From livestock and agriculture to baking, crafts, photography, and home projects, the fair offers opportunities for exhibitors of all ages and experience levels .


The Langlade County Fair is open to:

Youth exhibitors, including members of 4‑H, FFA, Boys and Girls Club, Boy Scouts, Girls Scouts, and  many other youth organizations

Open Class exhibitors, open to adults in the community

Senior citizen exhibitors in designated classes


Step 1: Review the Fair Book  All exhibitors should begin by reviewing the Langlade County Fair Book, on this webite under the "get involved" tab, exhibitors secxtion 

The fairbook lists:

Eligible exhibit categories and classes

Rules and judging requirements

Entry deadlines and fees

Animal health and project requirements


Step 2: Complete Online Entry. All exhibits must be entered online using FairEntry, the fair’s official entry system also listed on this website under the "get involved" tab, exhibitors section.

Online entry is required; handwritten or verbal entries are not accepted

Exhibitors must register all entries before submitting payment

Entry deadlines are typically July 1, with limited opportunities for changes afterward


Step 3: Pay Entry Fees

Entry fees are paid online at the time of registration.


Step 4: Meet Youth Requirements (Animal Exhibitors)

All youth exhibitors showing animals must complete Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) certification before the fair


Step 5: Prepare and Bring Your Exhibit  Exhibitors are responsible for properly preparing and delivering their exhibit to the fairgrounds.

Check‑in times and judging schedules are listed in the fair book.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds. All events are rain or shine. Ticket includes Fair Admission on the day of the event. Please be sure you have selected the correct venue (we are in Hamburg, NY), your desired seats, and the correct number of tickets before purchasing. The ticket holder agrees to comply with all Erie County Fair and Grandstand policies and protocols including health, safety and security at the time of the event.


Please be aware of where you purchase your concert tickets. The Erie County Fair exclusively sells tickets through SaffireTix (accessed via ECFair.org) and is the ONLY authorized source for Grandstand Tickets. This way if an event is canceled, postponed or you need to make changes, you have options. The Erie County Fair is not responsible for fake tickets, third party vendors or ticket re-sales.
