Groovy Guy Collins is a funny man. He juggles weird and wonderful objects, rides a tall unicycle and walks upon a tightrope held up by the audience. An award winning performance, Penn Jillette was so impressed with him that he awarded Groovy Guy $10,000 and declared him the winner of StreetCred a secret talent show that was aired on the Travel Channel. Now you can see him here at the fair.
